Before going to download the Handler application make sure you have perfect settings on your Mobile phone.
Airtel users set Mobile Office ,balance condition is below Rs 0.30
Reliance users set Rcomwap ,balance must be zero.
Tata Docomo users set Dive In settings not Docomo Internet.Account balance must be more than 1rs.
