     The access point APN is airtelgprs.com.The proxy address is 80.239.242.253 and port is 80.You can also edit your default MO settings as like above if you don't know to create a new GPRS settings.
    One attention to you,this trick has been Tested in Tamil Nadu ,so Tamilargal may try this trick without any hesitation.But can't give guarantee for other states,try at your own risk.

     Don't ask about the speed because the speed doesn't depend upon the handler application only.It depends upon various properties. Make sure you have full Network Signal strength when you browse and download.
