Kirby Tacker at www.ethicalhacker.net has put a tutorial on how to use Nmap to scan networks to study possible break-ins, this is what he says about his tutorial; “I want to describe Nmap from the viewpoint of a hacker and at the same time give a clear, step-by-step method of attaining a good level of proficiency.
